Who is Destiny 2 Toland
Toland’s story began in Destiny 1 and continued in destiny 2. Toland was a Sunsinger Warlock that is believed to be dead. It is a shattered Warlock Voidwalker who obsessively learned the Darkness, especially the Hive and finally went mad hence leaving the Last City and Guardians in exile.
He was recruited by the Praxic Warlock Eriana because of his expertise on Hive Ariana the forbidden. He was to be part of the six Guardian Fireteam who delved into Hellmouth in search of Crota. He was sought out by Guardians Eris Morn and Eriana to gain his knowledge about the Hive. In an attempt to kill the Hive, god Crota and his army slaughtered many of the Guardians who tried to take back the Moon from the Hive.

He had been exiled for having been thought to have gone mad, due to his ramblings about the Hive. However later, it was recruited into a fire team with Eris Morn during an attempt on Crota’s life. He was already old by Guardian standards at this time and he was eventually killed by the Hive as the fireteam failed to kill Crota.
Despite the fact that he failed to kill Crota, he managed to pass on some of his knowledge of the Hive to Eris before his death. With this, she was able to save a Guardian’s life when a mission to steal part of Crota’s soul went awry.

How to Get Toland in Destiny 2
As mentioned earlier, the location of Toland changes every week with a new Ascendant Challenge. So let’s begin straightway in order to find Toland, head to where the weekly Ascendant Challenge portal is located, use a Tincture of Queensfoil, and go inside. Toland is a white wisp floating around in a hidden location.
